Administrator-Sr Pauline Staunton RSC OAM
![]() |
After a background in Education both as a teacher and Primary School Principal and 13 years involvement in prison ministry at Long Bay NSW, Risdon Tasmania and San Juan in the Phillipines, Pauline was appointed by the then Commissioner to the role of Administrator of the NSW Chaplaincy Service in January, 1988. Her time is generally taken up with administration as she liaises with Chaplains, Member Organisations of the Civil Chaplaincies Advisory Committee and Corrective Services NSW. However, there are times when she listens to the concerns of ancillary staff on the Long Bay complex, Chaplains and staff from various centres and sometimes to those inmates that she meets "in passing". She represents the Catholic Church on the Civil Chaplaincies Advisory Committee and continues to encourage a high degree of professionalism from all who minister in the Chaplaincy Service. |
Coordinators Assistant-Robyn Presdee

Robyn was appointed to this role in February 2012 and brings with her over 30 years of experience in office administration. With the growth of Chaplaincy Services there is a real need for additional clerical support for the Coordinator. Previously a Sessional Chaplain to Berrima Correctional Centre for women, but due to the closure of this Centre in late 2011 has remained unattached in Chaplaincy Services. Subsequent to the appointment in the role of Coordinators Assistant, Robyn will also continue as a Sessional Chaplain to the South Coast Correctional Centre in Nowra with a particular focus to ministering to Aboriginal inmates and staff, drawing on her heritage as a Darug Woman. |
